Registration Questions

We have a 2-part registration process with Patron Manager and Formstack. In this 2-part process, you’ll first secure your spot in the program by making your selection and completing payment in Patron Manager. As soon as your spot has been secured, you will receive a confirmation email which will direct you to a registration form in Formstack to provide us with all of your information.

Do I need to create an account before registering in a program?

No, you do not need to create an account in advance. Accounts are not necessary in this system.

How much time do I have to complete my registration before I lose my spot?

Once you add a quantity to the cart at the very beginning of the registration process in Patron Manager, you will have 15 minutes to complete payment.  Once payment is complete, your spot is secured.  You will then have 24 hours to complete your registration form (linked in your confirmation email).

The program was full when I tried to register - why is that?

Enrollment in Jellybeans, Workshop, Summer Workshop Intensive, and Classes is first-come, first-served. Some of these programs have a tendency to fill up very quickly! Please mark your calendar for the date that registration opens. if the program is full, we strongly recommend that you join the waiting list.

Can I register multiple children at once?

Yes, as long as they are members of the same household. At the beginning of the registration process, you may indicate how many children you plan to enroll in each program.

Can I ask my friend to register for me?

No.  Only a legal parent/guardian may register a child in our programs.

Can I register for multiple programs at once?

Yes and no. Programs that require an audition have their own registration process. Non-audition programs, such as Workshop, Jellybeans, and Classes, allow you to register in multiple programs during a single registration process.

How does the waiting list work?

When a group fills up, you may enter your name on the waiting list for that group.  Should one of the spots in the group open up, we will contact those on the waiting list in the order that the registrations were received.  Each group has its own waiting list, and you may enter as many waiting lists as you like.  There is no cost or obligation to be on a waiting list.

I heard that some people get 'Priority Registration.' What is that?

Priority Registration allows a few people to register for the Workshop or Jellybeans programs in advance. Priority Registration is reserved for families that were on the Wait List during the previous season’s program, and for members of the Producers’ Circle.

Do you offer financial aid?

Thanks to our donors, Random Farms is able to offer a limited number of full and half-scholarships to families who demonstrate financial need.

Can I pay my tuition in multiple payments?

Payment plans are available to allow families more time to pay tuition. Payment Plans must be approved before you register for a program.
